I have been ordering supplies from NorthShore for many years, first, for my mother, and now, for myself. Their Customer Service is outstanding, and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The orders are taken efficiently and are shipped out and delivered the next day by Fed Ex, except for Sundays and holidays. I have had exceptional service in particular from Supervisor, Tiffany Wohlt. She has always made me feel comfortable in discussing my incontinence problems and recommending the items which suit my needs the best. The company also will send free samples, if you're unsure of which size, capacity, material or any other aspects of the products.

The size was perfect, but the color did transfer to whoever was sitting on it, even after it was washed. It works O.K. with my colors-- but most Merlot I've seen is darker like the wine its named after.

Finally someone has got the right shape and size for those of us who have to wear diapers 24/7.There is enough padding for a full day and night plus they fit well under clothes.If you know you will be gone a long time adding the THIN booster is great. I use a plastic pant that fits snurg and it does the job. One of the other nice things is that there is no pooling in the botton on the diaper. What ever is in the padding stays in the padding. Please keep up the good work.

I just bought a new chair and couch for my living room. My cocker spaniel can be tough on my furniture - dirty paws, dog hair, chewing treats like a Denta Stix. I refuse to keep my dog off my furniture because she is my family. I ordered the waterproof covers for both furniture pieces. The two covers came to a total of $179.00 - not cheap. I think the covers are a good quality. What I am very disappointed with is.....the covers are a bit oversized for my average size furniture so they don't have a nice fit. Additionally, the covers are very slippery and end up moving so much they look very messy. There aren't any straps to help keep the covers in place. I thought Sure-Fit was a trusted name and good product; however, I'm very sorry I ordered these items and will not do it again.
