Top Of the line in all customer service areas

These pads are perfect to keep sheets dry; they are nice and big but thin so they don't get bunched up and can handle a lot of liquid without leaking. They also don't make that crinkle plasticky noise! I would definitely recommend.

Found NorthShore online when I was searching for one particular product. I placed my first order thinking I'd just try them out and see what happens. The person (Deb) I spoke with was very helpful. The products arrived within two days and I was elated. I have been ordering with them ever since because they have always been helpful, courteous and the order arrives so quickly. In searching for personal products I saw North Shore in searching for what was needed I found just the right product. I find it good for day or night there is no leakage and no skin irritation I have already told some people about your company and my products. Very satisfied with them.

I had used Depends several years ago and had been going to Sam's and using their brand, all of a sudden there was a drastic change to them. Ordered Depends through Sam's and the same changes had been made to the one I tried and also they had used something to help with odor problem and I became irritated. Got on computer and started Binging and found this company and ordered the size I thought would be best and it was. Standard shipping and had them in 3 days. They fit right, feel right and just seem soft, love them after just a week and they have enough different sizes and if I change no problem.

Delivery was very prompt. Item was as described and has satisfied the need very well. Mattress pad is quiet, soft and waterproof.
