Products and prices are good, but shipping is slow. It takes a full week at least to get your supplies.

We are very pleased with the NorthShore Air Supreme Briefs that we purchased for our son...out of all the diapers we have tried over the years, these are the most absorbent ones EVER! They do not leak, even overnite, and they seem to be very soft and comfortable for him. And compared to other brands, they are also more affordable. The tabs make it easy to fasten and/or take off and the stripe turns blue when wet, which is helpful. I highly recommend these! Also, I appreciate how quickly NorthShore Care Supply ships them to our home.

I have been ordered products for my Aunt for several months. The products are good. I receive notifications when the order is ready to ship, which is also very convenient, as I can send notification to my Aunt's care givers. Your customer service needs improvement! I have attempted to call to place my order and receive very little assistance and poor communication skills, the last person I spoke with was someone named Lisa. Her phone skills gave me caused to shop at another location. If I couldn't order on line, you wouldn't have my business.

I receive the pads fast and in the long run it saves me money

When my elderly mother had a stroke and went to rehab, this is the brand they used. After my mother moved into assisted living, I ordered them from the same company online. They are absorbent and she wears them only when she goes to bed at night. She uses each one several nights. This time, I also ordered an extra liner for extra absorbency... She hasn't tried this extra liner yet, but I'll get back to you on that. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds. The small/medium fits just right. She wears a regular underwear, size 6. I also think the price is reasonable.
