I ordered item which was not as described. I wanted to return it and discovered that I had to pay return postage for very heavy item after paying delivery fees. I guess I will have to select a different vendor.

The site is easy to use, the minute I ordered, there was a confirming e-mail, the package came promptly. The pants are not for me, going yet further to a foreign nursing home, so I cannot rate a literal test of the product, but the material, and construction quality appear to be well worth the cost.
