The products we buy are for my husband and he says they work very well. We buy at least $200 worth each time so it would be nice not to have to pay shipping, especially when it goes over a certain amount. Would greatly appreciate free shipping.

i received my order quickly and it contained all that I had ordered. I like North Shore Supply because they carry a good variety of products and have products for those of us who need larger sizes. I am a repeat customer and intend to order more in the future.

I got my order very quickly and had no problems whatsoever. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Love the ease of reorder and price/ quality of product. FedEx would not leave case of diapers at mom's door in senior center because she wasn't home. Very, very upset. Had to go to food store to get her diapers. FedEx walked right past center office and never thought to leave pkg with mgr. Thinking of using different supplier that uses UPS. Told FEDEX what I thought of their service.

I've been using the "Tena" for several months. They are good also, but not so good as the North Shore Flex Supreme.
John
I was very happy with the quick service using standard shipping option!

When I ordered supplies from this company for my mother, I had no problems. When I ordered supplies for my aunt in Florida, I had no problems. When my aunt ordered supplies we both had a problem. North Shore Care Supply billed my credit card for my aunt's supplies instead of billing it to my aunt. I called up when I saw the confirmation for her order billed to me. A lovely woman answered the phone and said she would follow up on this discrepancy. I said I wouldn't pay for an order I did not request. When my aunt's son, my cousin, visited my aunt (his mother), he noticed the problem and called North Shore Care Supply to make sure the cost would be removed from my credit card and placed on the correct one, the card belonging from my aunt. This problem should not have happened in the first place.
