I normally prefer to use a PC for ordering because I control the input of my information. This time I used my phone. The Customer Service Person who created my account and placed my initial order was, bar-none, the best, most polite, totally efficient, and 100% accurate professional I've ever encountered. And, I'm old ... this ain't my first rodeo! I hope she gets a raise. She deserves it! By the way, the product arrived, as promised, and in good shape.

We all read reviews in the hope that they will provide insight into the product we are interested in. The GaryWear cover reviews, almost without exception, were positive. Along with good photographs and instructions, I decided to try one. Though I already had a pair of LeakMasters which work fine, they did not breath. GaryWear filled that need as well as having color options, being waterproof, very quiet, and comfortable. Should they prove durable I will order again.

The liners keep my daughter's skin drier and keeps it healthier needing less medication. Also I do not need to change her as often, or maybe just change the liner saving money on the briefs. Ordering is quick and easy and they are delivered, usually within 2 days, in discreet packaging.

Good quality and the color is awesome got here within a week. Called to ask a question about how to wash it since there were no directions and got a quick helpful response.

I recently ordered two box spring covers and pillow cover. The pillow cover (not mentioned in product description) is a terry cloth fabric - not what I had presumed would be an easy to clean cover for the pillow. There is no information in the shipping container about returning products which unlike other manufacturers who include a shipping label for the return of products. Secondly, the box spring covers were not as good of quality of the others I ordered on another online company. There is no added zipper seam cover which would add further protection against bed bugs. The matress covers are adequate but not top quality which is what I would have expected with NorthShore.
