I want to start by saying that I ordered a product that I knew would be non refundable. I ordered a water proof bed pad with tuck in sides. When i received it, only one side tucked in and the material was a towel at best. I was very disappointed that I had wasted $40.00. I did feel it best to contact the company and let them know how I felt. I spoke with a supervisor and explained that I knew the product was non refundable but I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. After a few minutes on the phone the supervisor offered me a full refund for the product since I was not satisfied. I felt that he did show care and concern for me as a customer. I would say that this company did care that I was not happy and went ahead and refunded my money even though I did not expect that, and for that I give them a thumbs up. The 3 star rating is due to the product being sub par.

So far these underpants have worked very well for my mom. She has had difficulties with other brand...but these have not pulled nor pinched. They seem to hold a large quantity and, even better, mom likes them.

I have two Parrots, and I use the pads in bottom of cages,, great job done..

This is an excellent company. They always work with me on shipping to the state in which I live. The shipping is most times more than the product ordered. The products are the best.

I have worked in Retail Management for over 40 years. I order from you for supplies for my Mother. I needed to call this last order to clarify something and the Lady that assisted me was Wonderful in explaining which product I needed to order after looking up the first order. Product is always delivered within a week. Thanks so very much!

The diapers we purchase are the best we have been able to find. They have a high absorbency and seem to be comfortable.
