I lucked out when I discovered Northshore site. Ordering was a breeze, pricing was great and fast delivery !! The disposable underwear was top quality for low price. Fit and comfort was great. I shall return!!

I appreciate the ease of returns when I ordered something I discovered was not what I could use. They were, in general, helpful when fed ex goofed up a delivery.

I don't have an issue with NorthShore Care Supply's products, but I do have an issue with the security of the site itself. My debit/credit card number was stolen from the site and I was left w/$100 in my account. Over $1,400 from my checking account was used to pay for a vacation in Turkey by a complete stranger using my info from this site. I received a letter in the mail months later from NorthShore advising that their site was hacked. This site is used mostly by the elderly or caregivers purchasing for the elderly. They need to protect the consumer better than they have been. If you purchase from NorthShore Care Supply DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD, use a credit card & pay through a safe means (i.e., Paypal). Although I eventually did get my money from the bank it took time and it caused me undue stress.

The North Shore Booster Pads are superior to the competition and priced more reasonably as well! I think that all the North Shore products I've tried are equal to or superior to the competition. I would recommend its line of products to anyone in need of them!

I called in to order my supplies and was greeted with a very delightful sounding woman who completely understood what I wanted, how many i needed, and we even discussed the fact that I am the person that gave Huggies the ideas for their Jeans Print diapers, the Camo Print diapers and the program to donate diapers to military service personel, and the seasonal Santa Print diapers for Christmas. I am ALSO the guy that gave Depends the idea for their famous 'Drop Your pants for underwareness" commercial campaign. I KNOW diapers and absorbency factors as well as which adult diapers work the best and for the least amount of money. My shipment arrived on-time and as packaged. I am truly and deeply satisfied to the point I wish to work there! I was later informed that their secure payment computer had been hacked and my payment and personal information had been compromised. So far, they are RIGHT ON TOP OF IT!!!! Like the PROS they are!!!! They handled my breached information like a BOSS!!!!! THANK you ALL...for ALL that you are doing and have done!!!!

These pads provide needed coverage for overnight. Too bad the shipping costs are a bit high.
