They work perfectly and absorb more than one would expect. The order took 2 business days which was very important and to arrived as expected.

This is my second order after my first in July. I am very pleased with my July order as they are what I expected to be in quality which is exceptional. However, when I re-ordered the second time this month, I was surprised to get a different looking product. My first order were underpass in white color with blue printing of the product manufacturer's name "GRIFFIN CARE". The second order that came consisted of underpass in light green color with no printing on the face. I am not sure what happened but I used the same order details for the second order repeating the first order details. I called Northshore to inquire about this difference and spoke to a Belinda. She can almost assure me that that branding may have changed but the quality remains the same. She will address my issue and she will call me back to confirm. I am giving it a 3 star since there appears to be a misinterpretation related to the picture of the product when I ordered.

I fail to understand why FedEx delivered into our garage, instead of to the front door. it would be nice if I had known the product had arrived before I went to my car to leave the house.

My father's card incurred $2,000 bill from a hair salon in London. I have only used his card to purchase diapers from your company. This has been very upsetting and disruptive. Had to cancel card and get a new one. Capital One had to eat the $2,000 bill. You should have a better firewall in place to protect your clients.
