I have placed two orders and both time I have ran into issues with my order. Both times I have to call after not receiving my order on the anticipated date to resolve the issues. Thought I had everything resolved after the first call to correct the problems.

They sent me two each of the medium and large Northshore diapers. Now I know exactly what to order. Two of each size allowed for a much better comparison test. The diapers seem to be very high quality and should work well for me.

very good shipping that gets here within a few days- One suggestion I gave the company which was not acted on was to improve the product is to put a draw string in the underware- The pants fall down with the least amount of moisture. That drawstring would greatly improve the satisfaction of the customer.

Due to my husband's need for the products and a recent increase in the amount of need, we struggle to be able to afford the products which help the most. In addition, the cost of shipping really adds to the costs, which makes me question whether or not we will be able to continue to place an order.
