NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

My experience over the last 2 years, in both purchasing and shipping has been excellent and very quick. The timed shipping is an especially great service. You don't have to think of the time to order that way, even though they did always remind me to order, which was also a great feature. The people I called when placing an order over the phone or had any questions answered the phone very quickly, treated me with respect and did every thing they could do to answer my question. This is a great company to use for any of the supplies they provide. Thank you!!

I was not able to reach said company about an issue with my order on neither their phone number provided or their "live" chat. I endured a tedious onslaught of automated messages on their "live" chat and had to wait over an hour to pretty much beg the representative to just cancel my order so that I could do business somewhere else. This business is not as transparent or accredited as they will make themselves out to be. Screenshots of the chat were taken, and I am pursuing further action.

arrived on time

I buy disposable chux, gloves, and overnight briefs from NorthShore. These are superior products and worth the cost. The briefs do an excellent job of preventing leaking. However, I wish there was an intermediate size between medium and large. Shipping is quick and reliable. Customer service was helpful in directing me to the right products.

I ordered 2 bed pads for my adult daughter and was really pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the products. Have used them for almost a week and had to wash one after an accident and it came out of the dryer just dandy.

Easy to order and very prompt delivery.

great on shipping. the latex gloves are thinner than i expected , but they work fine.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR.
