We have been purchasing the pull ups for over two years. They are the only pull up that we purchased that has met our daily needs. Good fit and great absorption.

Easy to use, good customer service staff and quick delivery.

I needed some washable underpads for my mom's bed at the last minute. We had to move from a skilled nursing unit to an apartment with a new bed and she wanted some underpads to save her mattress. I was pleased with the pricing and the quick delivery from NorthShore. I was disappointed in the flannel topper on the underpads though. I expected this to be a smoother fabric that wouldn't catch on clothing. I read the description on their website and didn't see anything indicating the fabric would be flannel.

The quality of the Northshore Brand products are wonderful! My Mother loves the "Supreme" items as they have extended the time between changes. I myself benefit from having less to clean up and throw away. I won't buy anywhere else from now on.

Healthcare policy changes have caused some difficulty in Medicare coverage, plus the ability to find certain needed items that are now paid "out of pocket." I began to research products from medical supply companies in 2012, when my husband became bedridden. North Shore was found to carry best quality items, ie, heavy duty underpads, unavailable at several other companies. There are other fine quality, affordable items I have been able to order at North Shore, as well, which arrive quickly for a patient's needs. The overall service is very good and dependable.

We have nothing but excellent service ever since where began using them. When we order new supplies for my mother in law they are here no more than 48hrs. If you have any questions they are great.
