I had an issue with my delivery. Customer service was awesome in handling the issue. Can't rate them high enough.

I order a pack of large northshore supremes but they sent size mediums.I called and told them of the mistake.They sent out a package of larges with no problems.

The merchandise came quickly and the quality of the product is very good. I haven't had it long enough to wash it, yet, but my first impression is a good looking chair cover.

I ordered four pair of underpants---what I received was 16 skimpy, thin, cloth pants---what a disappointment. Then I spent $7 for postage to return the package. Bad experience!
