The pads performed as expected and at a lower price then previous purchases

The sofa cover is thin and stiffer than expected (think those heavy plastic outdoor table cloths). It's not visually appealing either in terms of color, pattern, or fit. Not sure if waterproof as my cat has not yet peed on it (which is the main reason I bought it.) After 15 minutes sitting on it, it's all crumpled up.

The company is always fast, consistent, and friendly. They know the entire scope of people who use the product, in a respectful way. The product itself is the perfect size for me and I can do absolutely anything I want while wearing them.
