Northshore customer service reps are not customer oriented at all. The product I recied was the cheapest, and I asked the cs rep for guidance.And they had a terrible smell. Wont shop here anymore!

Consistent, honest and quick provider that I'm fortunate to have (in a manner of speaking) in my backyard. Every interaction has been professional and helpful, including a recent occasion where I had to physically retrieve ordered items from their North Shore location (a timing issue on my part, nothing North Shore was involved with). Their online presence is highly functional and provides comparisons across key metrics on products sold to facilitate e-comerce transactions. Typical orders come discreetly packaged and wrapped and accompanied by a small amount of marketing collateral re: NorthShore. In my most recent order, there were two sets of samples that "competed" with the products I had ordered in an effort to cost-effectively introduce me to another brand that I may have been unfamiliar with. Makes perfect sense. My experience gives me the confidence to endorse NorthShore unequivocally, and would expect your experience to rise to that level as well.
