I called to ask questions about the disposal adult briefs. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was sent samples of two different types at no charge. This was a great help since I did not want to purchase a large quantity of one style and they not work. Samples arrived quickly.

Trying to reorder same as before but cannot get web page to recognize the previous item!!! Use product #, description, etc but nothing worked! Pretty inconvenient for reordering. I was pleased with one reusable bed pad ordered but the other one is so soft and flimsy that it wrinkles up under my husband. I liked the one WP 1332 for $17.95 but website could not help me!
