Awesome customer service and extremely fast delivery! Ordered on a Monday by Wednesday had them. And always have what I need.

I wish all company's operated this way

The incontinence product I ordered for my parent, was too small. I cannot return it since the product is packaged all together. If possible, one piece should be wrapped separately as a sample with the order so that first time purchasers can try and determine if fit is right and comfortable. If not, then the order can be returned or exchanged and the consumer would not have wasted their money trying to find the "right fit". I was happy with the service and delivery was as promised within one day.

they help alot

Great product. Always delivers on time.

This was a reorder. All information was available to the customer relations person. Confirmed order, payment and shipping in 2 minutes.

I normally order these through Amazon, & fell in love with them. However, the Medium size is no longer offering their product w Prime shipping through Amazon (but LARGE is!). Thus requiring more-frequent purchasing w expedited shipping - which seems very high for a light-weight product such as 1 pack of adult diapers. Ordering in advance is difficult due to being on fixed income. Please re-consider your Prime relationship & shipping.
