Wish everyone would get together on sizes. The last time we ordered plastic pants (from another company), and X-Lg was perfect. The ones we received from you are HUGE, and I'm assuming that because we took them out of the package to try them, they are unreturnable. Too bad

I object to the excessive delivery charges- as there was no urgency on my part would appreciate a more reasonable and much less costly means of delivery- the high delivery costs would prevent me from re-ordering. I admit that I realized beforehand of the costs---- Ruth Craig

I always get great service from you and get just what I order in a timely fashion.

The site is good inthat it provides needed information on products. But it doesn't make the info easy to access or to compare. Delivery absolutely sucks. I still haven't gotten my order. It literally took WEEKS for my supplies to arrive. I'll go elsewhere.

The products ordered were of good quality, delivered rapidly. There were very minor product problems on a couple of adult diapers but nothing insurmountable and customer service was exceptional.

We have been using NorthShore since 2011 to provide incontinence products for our severely disabled child. We like the wide selection of products offered by the company and the ability to pay using Amazon. It makes ordering very quick and easy. Orders are usually delivered next day and sometimes we even pick up our order at the warehouse. Customer service has always been excellent in recommending appropriate products to us.
