I had a difficult time choosing the correct size for the washable rubber pants. They recommend going by the thigh measurement to prevent leakage in the leg area. The waist measurement measured an XL...if I went with thigh measurement I would need an XS. Seems there should be more choices for people that have smaller thigh measurements but need bigger waist.
