I placed an order with NorthShore, with several brands and types of products, unsure of which to try for my elderly father. I decided to pick up the order at their office. I was kindly greeted by a gentleman who was very understanding, pleasant, and helpful. Great customer service. He went out of his way to ask questions about what my father's needs were and which products would best suit our situation. He had no problem editing my order and even gave us several samples to try out. The refund and purchase went well. My father, unfortunately, was brought to hospital the next day and he has been in rehab since (2 months). So we have not yet been able to use the products yet. But in the event he returns home, we will reorder products through NorthShore.

Easy to order and the product is great. I feel very comfortable with these.
