Fast service: product is exactly as described on website. I am buying these for my dog's use while she will be cared for by a pet sitter while I am on vacation. Due to a medication she takes for treatment of a medical condition, she urinates more frequently than is usual & the pet sitter will not be with her as consistently as I am during the day. These pads allow her to relieve herself when she can't be let outside. Works great!

Northshore house brands are exellent value

I have been using NS for some time now and everything worked well. However, several months ago, I started having a problem with the local FedEx company. Despite my adding special instructions to my online order to deliver to my door rather than the lobby mail drop of my condo, Fed Ex continued to ignore my requests. I get a large carton each month which is heavy and awkward for me to personally carry to my unit. I finally spoke to a rep from NS and explained the problem. At his suggestion, I now call in my order each month and NS instructs the Fed Ex office to have me sign for my order, thus requiring they deliver to my unit door. While not as convenient as ordering online, this resolved my issue.All the NS people I have spoken to each month are friendly and professional.

I had run out for a few days before our order came in and her day staff care provider started noticing a break down when they used another type of brief on her.
