I have no negative things to say about NorthShore. Their website is comfortable to walk through with good descriptions. Checkout is very easy. My chux pads (redundant, huh?) are always high quality....no tears, odd shapes, or missing pads. I buy the large peach pads for my little dog. He is mostly blind and misses a lot. These pads are thick and do the job very well. My order appeared at my door in just a couple of days. Their prices are not high....just the same as the other suppliers. I will definitely return here and do recommend others give them your loyalty.

I am very pleased with the customer service and the products themselves, though they are more expensive from what I have found and compared locally. Having them come directly to my door makes a world of difference.
