NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I usually order on line but am always forgetting my password so just call them and they are very professional and courteous and ship my order out that day and it arrives in Manhattan 3 days later. I always order the underpads 200 at a time for my 3 dogs. So don't waste your money at Petco or Petsmart order from this company. Excellent pricing.

I ordered bed pads . They were priced fairly and shipped quickly

I found great assistance from the ladies at Northshore Care, I have also found their shipping to arrive on the date expected. I have just returned something, which still has not been credited to my account, so I am concerned about that and cannot rate that process.

I ordered 4 under pads be 24"x36". I ordered these to fit the width of the chairs in the TV room. But the pads arrived at random sizes at approx. 29". When I called the person that I talked to was very nice and offered to exchange them for the correct size, but the only problem is the was all the wrong size. At that, I was offered a refund upon return or a discount if I wanted to keep them. I needed the pads right away so kept them and took them to a shop had them cut down and seamed the edges. From now on I am going to have them check there stock sizes before I place an order.

I originally called to inquire about sizing for men's adult diapers. They were kind enough to send a sample package to try. It helped to know it was a size that would work for him. I ordered a case of the diapers along with these washable underpads. I was amazed that they were delivered the following day, was not expecting that at all. Seems like a great product. Haven't had to wash yet, so can't tell you about that, but I am not anticipating any problems with that.

Awesome. Fast, discrete shipping
