NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I've ordered numerous times from NorthShore Care Supply. My order is delivered within a day or two of placing the order and always accurate. I highly recommend this company based on the excellent service record and quality of their products.

I order a case of puppy pads every couple of months. The product is good for a small to medium dog. I ordered by phone and the representative was quite pleasant and I like that the product ships quick.

I am a new customer of Northshore & have been extremely pleased with the service. I place my order by email and have it delivered within 3-4 days--standard shipping. They even include a sample item of something I might need. Highly recommend this company!

We always went to the pharmacy for the purchase of incontinence products more time than not they were not stocked and would not respond to our request . We found the products a better quality than the brands sold at the pharmacies and worked better to prevent leaks both fecal and urine, also keeping odor to a minimum..

Thank you for the $5.00 coupon. The diapers keep our 10 year old dry through the night. Great product.

The first time I called and placed an order - the gentleman CSR was so very nice, helpful and offered me samples of various products.......my second call was not so pleasant when trying to place an order with a woman CSR - she was in a hurry and her voice dictated the day she was having. I asked if she could send me samples of products and again, not nice. She was just having a bad day, I think.

i only ordered very little, but the two orders were delivered quickly and customer service was pleasant.

Excellent service & pricing. Time to receive product is excellent.
