The online ordering process is too hard to navigate. Once I entered the product, I couldn't get to the final total. I ended up ordering by phone. Time from ordering to delivery was good. Only four days.

The day after I placed an order, I received a message to contact them as the order was placed on hold. I spoke with two representatives and was assured that the order was in good order and would be delivered on time. Six days later, I received another message to contact them as the order was on hold! I spoke with a representative who would only give her first name(company policy she said). At first, she stated that she did not have a record of my previous contact with their representative. When I questioned this, she stated that there were some notes. The issue was the same as before! She did not have an explanation as to why there had been no action. After much discussion, she put me on hold to discuss with a supervisor. Afterwards, I was offered an overnight delivery and an apology for the delay. Unfortunately, the products were delivered in damaged condition! The lotion bottle was broken and spilled onto the other products! I will look for another company to do business with in the future.

I have found that NorthShore booster pads help absorb a lot more liquid inside disposable underpants. I have tried other brands, but find NorthShore the best. They make a major difference and we use them regularly. For night time, I put in two booster pads, one on top of the other on top of the disposable underwear pad.

First off. I've never done a review. So i can say very little, But i have to say the people at the company are very kind, they make you feel like your talking to a legitimate person and not a machine like most others do. I also asked for a sample of the diapers. And they where great, loved how thick and absorbent they where!
