I called NorthShore Care Supply because I needed help deciding exactly what type of incontinence product I needed to get. The sales lady was very helpful and with her advice, I chose the product I needed. She even sent me samples to try before I ordered so I could make sure they were the right size. I trust them completely and will be continuing to make my purchases from them.

I looked for a long time for liners that would help with pressure sores from my wheelchair. Your product has been excellent, and I so appreciate the timely service when I order.

GREAT SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY, FAST DELIVERY!!! However, I'm still searching for the correct product. Trying to find the best fitting diaper with the best absorbency is a lot more difficult than one can imagine. So many diapers are made focusing on quantity, instead of quality. I'll never understand why diaper manufacturers add SAP in between the plastic film & the pulp, instead of adding it between two layers of pulp??? Adding the SAP on top of the plastic film creates pinholes in the plastic, therefore creating pinhole leaks. To do this, the diapers are going to need a thicker heavier layer(s) of plastic film (PE FILM). But I'm only one person, with one voice, & this is just one opinion in thousands. Although a lot of other diaper wearers agree, still no diaper manufacturer takes the time to listen to those who have suffered in silence for so long. Some manufacturers have gotten close, but none have created the world's #1 BEST DIAPER so far. So diaper wearers will still have to continue to suffer in silence until quality is chosen over quantity. I am positive that 95% of diaper wearers wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for a quality diaper over a leaky diaper. There are a lot of important factors that go into a quality diaper! But until a company TRULY & HONESTLY wants quality over quantity, & also an understanding that diapers can always be improved if they'll just take time to listen to those who must wear diapers 24/7, 365.25 day's every year, diaper wearers worldwide will continue to suffer in silence. Diapers unfortunately can control every aspect of a person's life & ruin their quality of life so much that they're tired of the suffering & are ready to just give up on ever being happy & content in life & stop trying to find the best diaper for themselves. Trust me, I'm getting close to giving up myself. But NORTHSHORE has made great strides & I believe NORTHSHORE will continue to improve diapers in the very near future. Just listen to those who have suffered for many, many years in silence. Their service & concerns are top-notch. I dare anyone to try to find better. If so, then let the world know. Thank You.
