Absolutely the most AMAZING service!
Best service I've ever experienced. I've placed 2 large orders so for, and I've made a mistake on each of my orders. I called the first time and they corrected my mistake, on size selection of a product, right away. The second order I messed up, I made a note in the shipping comments section at check out that a coupon I had entered didn't work, and they caught it, fixed the coupon issue, and made sure my comments didn't end up on any thing else. Shipping/Packaging is as discrete as you can get. I will only be ordering from Northshore for now on.
