We were confused over which product to choose. When we contacted support, they sent several free samples, we were able to pick the product we felt would be the best, ordered it, and it was filled promptly & correctly

I ordered the Tranquility Premium Overnight Pull-On Underwear in size 2X. I have a very pear-shaped figure and chronic heavy urinary incontinence. I've been unable to find an overnight pad that could protect me for more than 2-3 hours; I've also been unable to find pull-on underwear generous enough to fit my hips without also drowning me in superfluous 'fabric' around my waist and abdomen. No product performed well enough to justify my continuing to use it. I'd never found a product that allowed me to stand up, sneeze or cough without at least a small leak...or sometimes a catastrophic public one! This made me reclusive & unable to travel or enjoy an active life. However, Tranquility may have changed all that. From the moment I put on my first pair of Overnight Premium Pull-On Underwear, I was hopeful. The fabric was soft and adaptable to my body contours. It fit me like a high-cut brief...no extra fabric bunching under my clothing. I wore one overnight; no leaks. I wore one during the day: drank three cups of coffee, stood up several times, picked up something heavy from the floor, coughed...even sneezed. No leaks! I cried. Tomorrow I leave for a two-week trip I never imagined I could take. It involves drives without rest stops, hikes, guided tours...all of which I strictly avoided in the past. Tranquility Premium Overnight Pull-On Underwear is giving me my life back. And yes, they arrived discreetly packaged and before their promised delivery date. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am very happy with these products. They are excellent and live up to the advertising. Sometimes I have a problem and get the wrong product but I am sure that is my problem and I was able to use the items I got by mistake anyhow.
