This is a terrific product. I have pit them to the test, and they are perfect. No leaks, and the fit is spot on.

I questioned the chat operator about exchanging some diaper covers because they were too small. They do not accept exchanges if the product is open. Even though I opened it to try it on, they were willing to do a one-time exchange for me. Excellent customer service. Great products.

Ordered sized 30x36 and received 30x30 which were to small. Had to use two pads because of size.They were urgently needed did not have time to wait for replacement.
