I purchased a waterproof mattress cover and unzipped package to feel the fabric, which was terry cloth over plastic--the combination unsatisfactory to me. So I rezipped package, but not before discoveirng a dead bug in the upper fold. So I disposed of the bug, rezipped package, and prepared package to return. Two weeks later, when I discovered that I had not been credited for the return on my billing (with no contact from the seller in between), I contacted North Shore, only to be informed that the "opened" package was credited for "sanitary reasons--sorry, but thanks...." I do understand sanitation, but I believe I needed more caution about the super strict return policy. So, of course, I'm unhappy with a purchase of $71.99 + $11.00 return/return that I might have otherwise have made at Walmart or elsewhere for much less! So warning, don't open even a little bit or better yet, don't order from this site! Unhappy patron!

Thank you Northshore, the purple bed pads are great. My husband has Alzheimer's and has nightly accidents, now that I have the bed pads its a lot less work for me . I highly recommend them.
