I placed initial 1 time order for my Dad. He was hesitant, but I thought it was worth trying, even though the over the counter brand wasn't working. Once he tried the NorthShore brand, he was impressed. I asked if I should re-order on monthly basis? He said, yes, quality it much better!

My order took a while for delivery. When I received it they sent me the wrong product. Mistakes happen. Northshore said they would send me a shipping label so I could return the mistake back to them. That never happened. I ordered a corrected order and I have to pay for shipping again. The net affect is one order two two to three shipping charges. For the product I ordered there are other companies that have cheaper prices Last time I ordered them from Amazon. They were $10 cheaper ($103) and free shipping. It's too bad NorthShore makes me pay extra shipping for their error, resulting in a bad company review.

They have a large selection of the highest quality adult diapers. I'm fortunate enough that I'm relatively close to their distribution facility so I always get my order the next day. They always send a free sample of either diapers, wipes, or booster pads with every purchase which is always a bonus.

I've been using North Shore Care products for a few months now. The website is simple and easy to use. The products are geared towards people with incontinence problems. The packaging is discreet and the free samples are great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
