It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received shipment or satisfaction yet. FedEx says they left it behind a bush, but behind a bush would be on my front porch. NorthShore hasn't called me, I've called them two days now with no positive resolution. Very disappointed.

This company has met all of my expectations. The web site is easy to use, and I had no problems in ordering additional care products. You can trust their products in meeting your needs.

We have just become customers of NSC and we are very happy. We would have to change our daughter once a night and she woke up wet every morning, When I say wet, the sheets, blankets and mattress pads had to be changed and the mattress cover cleaned. Since using the supreme air briefs during the day and the supreme briefs in the evening we have had no accidents! The air brief does need to be monitored, as if it gets too wet it will dampen clothes or furniture if you do not want to use a rubber pant, we do not use a rubber pant and keep an eye out, have had no issues there either.

I like the timely manner in which the Chux's that I order arrives in one day. Therefore, I am never worried about delivery and whether I have enough to last. I also like the quality and price of the bed mats. Home care for a Dementia patient is never easy so I appreciate any effort that makes it less stressful!
