North Shores carries products you can't buy in your drug store. They increase the quality of life. Increases what you are able to do and increase your positive outlook on life. The products are great along with their customer service who can help guide you to the best choice. They are terrific with free samples too. My husband and myself are retired pharmacists. I endure fecal incontinenance with a great deal of pain associated with it. North Shores products has made our lives easier with coverage and allows me some freedom outside our home. They have been wonderful to work with and made a positive difference in my life.

I asked about a new product but was uncertain about sizes. The person I spoke with was very helpful and sent me two pairs of each size for samples. I decided and called in an order which was graciously handled. Product arrived timely and fully lives up to expectations.
