Great product but must have free shipping or it isn't worth it.

Very helpful. I've heard different opinions on northshore brand and the website. I ordered and opted for local pickup at northshore in Buffalo Grove, IL. A friend picked it up for me with no trouble. This was my first time trying northshore size small briefs and they worked for me well. I only leaked once but it's all a learning curve. I can't diaper myself so I require assistance and I've only worn twice since 2002. For need and convenience/comfort. Also northshore included 2 sample air supreme briefs and wipes-very generous. They are ab/dl and kind to all.

We received our product within 48 and the quality was excellent.

This was my first order and without calling the company I was easily able to go through the site by browsing and then make my purchase without any problem. If this order proves to be exactly what I need. I will then do the auto ship in the future.
