The washable pads are superior to the brand I previously used for my wife who is incontinent. In addition I emailed a request to NorthShore for a copy of my invoice and received a timely response. After reviewing your catalog I believe I may order other products as needed.

Tried to reorder online & had several problems. Did not find tab for history or previous orders so it was necessary to go thru site. Did not see anything about free shipping with certain size orders & couldn't get to Cart to see if it would pop up because I forgot my password. Called Customer Service & agent found my info but was argumentative & not interested in my on-line problems. Suggestion: We should be able to place order on line without password. I can order airline tickets, pet supplies, fabric & countless other things without signing in & still have access to past orders.
