This is a great company to do business …
This is a great company to do business with for adult diapers and incontinence supplies. I requested a call back on the weekend and was called promptly at the time I requested. The customer service representative immediately put me at ease and made the process of selecting a product painless. This is not an easy subject to talk about, but I didn't feel self-conscious about it during our call. She asked me questions about my needs, including how much I was wetting and what type of product I would feel most comfortable wearing. After our discussion, she informed me about several products she thought would work for me and stated she would send me samples to try. She even noticed that I had used both medium and large diapers in the past and sent me each product in both sizes. The samples arrived promptly on the day she said they would arrive. Both of the products she suggested were spot on in terms of what I was looking for in protection. I will be placing an order soon once my stock of the current product I am using runs out. Overall, a great experience. Northshore and its staff understand their customers needs and provide the highest level of customer service. I can honestly recommend them without reservations to anyone dealing with incontinence. Thanks again!
