The staff was exceptional but the product failed. I ordered waterproof washable underpads. I followed the laundry directions on the label on the pads. The bed was soaked. In order to use these pads with any confidence that the bed clothes won't be wet you still have to put waterproof disposable pads underneath. I'm not sure if this batch was defective or what happened. In any event the 4 I bought are not waterproof. I called and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would not recommend these pads to anyone.
