I have only had to deal with incontinence for about the past year due to a accident. I was new to it and didn't know where to start as far as products were concered. After trial and error, I stumbled upon Northshore Supply. I placed my first order of product and I will never turn back. There website is very easy to use as well as each product being fully explained as too ones own personal needs. It's fast and checkout goes easily. I am impressed with the many different products they have to offer. The delivery time between placing the order and receiving it is fast and always discreet!! Not to mention the free samples of other products to try based on ur needs. I never feel "oversold" and prices of reasonable and cost effective. In a nutshell I refuse to use any other company for my needs as Northshore can provide it all!!

Although NorthShore does have quick response and they are helpful I do wish there was some way they could get the shipping charge reduced.
