your product is great
your product is great , however the delivery company choice is below standard ( FEDEX) & here is why I feel they are sub standard = delivery time =evening time = " NO " Knock on the door / nor was there a ring of the door bell to alert anyone of the delivery being left on the door step ! this is to me neglecting of the cautious service to your customers ! I for one am not comfortable with this disrespect in service ! & do not want to participate in such a business venture where your company is involved in shottie delivery practices !!
