Good products and quick and dependable…Good company
Good products and quick and dependable shipping. My only negative is that I cannot use PayPal to sign up for automatic order shipping.

I love working with this company
I love working with this company. They are fast, very fast, reliable and their products are excellent. I also like that they send samples so we can try other items without buying a huge package. I work a full time job and come home to care giving. I do not have a lot of time to "go shopping." So it is very helpful to be able to get everything I need while I am at home taking care of other business!

I have been using Northshore for…
I have been using Northshore for several years now for my adult special needs sons incontinence supplies. Very happy with this company. Orders are always right and always arrive on time. Website ordering is very easy to use.

After a week without any update
After a week without any update, my order was placed on hold with no explanation. I called Customer Service, and was told the billing address didn't match the payment card used. I (perhaps naively) thought that the payment didn't go through, and called my card company, who confirmed the billing address was correct, and that the transaction was processed. When I called back, I was told that the issue wasn't whether or not the payment was authorized, but whether or not I was committing fraud. After ten minutes where I was told nothing but "explain why this address is different" even though it was letter for letter the same that the card company had on file, I was told that their supervisor was "being kind" and releasing my order. How blessed am I that they deigned to take my money. This review would have been one star, but at least they can fulfill an order once it gets through their unfriendly, unhelpful, and unnecessary sales team.
