I was pleasantly surprised when NorthShore Care Supply sent me a two pair of medium and two pair of large pull on pants for me to try. I was also pleasantly surprised by the comfort and the amount of liquid they hold. My husband wears a size 44 inch waist in his regular pants and the medium was in these pull on's fits perfectly. We have tried several others and they always sagged and may be the reason they didn't hold as much liquid. I did use a liner because he really goes a lot during the night. It didn't quite hold all the liquid all night, but the bed didn't get soaked either. So happy and am ordering more today!
