I bought the pack of 3 salk diaper covers for my low-functioning sister. I am so glad I did! The 1st day she wore them was the 1st time I didn't have to change the bedding and couch cover since she's been here. My sister had diarrhea the 2nd day. I could smell her a mile away but her pants were dry! I had her stand in the bathtub to take off the diaper cover and diaper. Her prevail diapers are worthless, btw. The diaper cover had a huge puddle of liquid poop. It held all of it! I just had to rinse it out and then throw it in the wash. It dries completely within a couple of hours. She still had diarrhea when it was bedtime so I tried the supreme absorb diaper that we got as a sample and put the diaper cover over it. Together, they held in all of her poop as she rolled around in her sleep. No leaks. Her prevails are like small, thin, light-flow, menstrual pads. The supreme absorb are like the pads you get in the hospital after childbirth. The absorb diapers are amazing! There are two things to know about the salk diaper covers that you may not like. One is that they stain easily. They're a rust-color brown stain from her poop. I washed them and hung dried them. I smelled them to see if I needed to wash them again. They smell clean/no odor. No one will know that they're stained, if you wear something over them. The other thing I don't like is that she gets all sweaty where the cover is. It sits about an inch above the diaper so she is sweaty in that inch. It makes the inside of the diaper cover moist. Overall, I absolutely love them! They save me the hours out of my day that I would be using to scrub down everywhere she sits or lays. We can go out and run errands, which we haven't been able to do before. We will definitely be ordering more.

Felt like the wait was well worth it. The shipping was very fast especially for a back ordered product and the discretion was superb. FedEx did leave my box and run without knocking or ringing the bell which was disappointing because t sat out there for hours (Glad it didn’t rain!).
