My first and best experience ever
I had an issue with my shipments delivery. I called both fed-ex and northshore and got up with Andy to try and fix the issue before it became a problem. Andy went above and beyond to make me feel like a person rather than a order number. I will not shop for my diaper needs anywhere else cause I know that at northshore I am a person with needs and will be treated with care and respect, so if anyone has needs that this company or site can take care of or interest you . Buy here for you will not regret it and always be taken care of by honest and heartfelt people that care not only for their product but for the customers that need the help, love, products and everything you could ask for out of another human being.
