When selecting shipping, I selected the cheapest one I saw. However, what I didn't see was free shipping was an option. Within an hour I had a phone call and email from the company informing me that free shipping was an option and that they would switch it and refund me the shipping cost I paid.

I have been looking for bibs for my spouse for sometime now. I definitely wanted something that had a crumb catcher. These wash up beautifully and are well made. I only wish it were possible to mix and match rather than ordering all one pattern when purchasing three.
