I ordered on the phone and noticed that the order was for size XL not 2XL. I called right away, not knowing if I made the mistake or they did but that never even came up! The package had already been processed, so they immediately reordered the correct size and emailed me a return label for the first shipment. it was all at their expense. They were so pleasant about it! The deliveries have been quick and the product (pull-ups) is the best we have found! I highly recommend this company!

The transaction process was great its the product. The quality of crinklz original is wonderful except the tapes they were much worse trying to get them to stick and stay than the same tabs that are on northshore supreme. They was no lotion powder cream soap or otherwise that would be an issue i have had to duct tape almost all of them on me. I am not happy with your tabs at all and don’t see how people don’t switch and go to something else.
