This company was recommended by the OT for night time incontinence. The product is very reliable and we have found that the underwear plus liner pads do well for a whole night. We got Medium for a 6'2" 148 LBS man just because his trunk is longer than a small. The only down side is that they are rather expensive and no free shipping.
