Hey Isaiah, I see you've been in touch with our Account Services team via email and they've provided some further details. As stated in your Deposit Account Agreement, the decision to exit your relationship is based on the overall evaluation of your Account based on the information we have. It is not a judgment on the quality of your business. If there are funds in your Account, after review, we will return any funds that are deemed valid to you by check to the mailing address we have on file.
