NorthernreloReviews of northernrelo.com

I had a horrible experience with Northern Relocation LLC. I canceled my booking within hours after reading awful reviews online and followed their policy for cancellations within 72 hours. Despite this, they refused to refund my deposit—even though no services were ever provided! This company is a scam. They don’t honor their own policies and just take your money without doing anything. Stay far away from them!

Don't use this company. They give you a low estimate at first and charge more later. They also take a long time to move and they don't compensate for damaged items at all. They are an irresponsible company.

This was my first time using a moving company as I just moved into my first apartment. The price I paid matched the estimate they gave me and they answered any questions I had about the process. I spoke to David multiple times, he was very insightful and had the answers to any questions I had and made the process stress-free. I would highly recommend this company if you are unsure about which moving company to choose.

I would recommend Northern relocation to anyone moving, I had a great experience. I’ve done multiple moves in the past while serving in the Army. This is the first time I’ve felt like the company actually cared about my belongings. I was delivered in 3 days. By far best company I’ve ever contracted with. Thank you David and the rest of the Northern relocation team.

I booked our move with Northernrelo and had a wonderful experience. You hear so many horror stories and I wasn't sure what to expect, but they gave me a reasonable estimate, and pick up and delivery were right on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a wonderful experience. I was hesitant at first because it’s hard to trust after reading reviews on all different moving companies sites. I called and got quotes for my move and David gained my trust by connecting with me. He was available every time that I called him. He always answered all of my calls and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

This company was nothing short of an amazing experience. Not only were they efficient during the moving process, but they were also fair on their price. Their estimates were made fairly making the process of moving much less stressful financially and something to be excited about. Special shout out to associate David for making the process easy. Ask for him when receiving an estimate!

They underestimated my daughter’s stuff. And then the local mover tried to double the estimate, and northern was no help at all. Basically said pay up or only ship half of your stuff. I kicked out the movers. Sham and bait and switch. Do not use this company.
