Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The whole situation was ridiculous. First movers show up and say they aren't delivering my stuff for 3 days (it was less than a 200 mile move, I was promised same day) so it was hours of back and forth with the different companies. Yes companies because they contracted it out to Prudential Vans (and tried to tell me they're the same company). I did a virtual tour and yet there were arguments about the list and size of items and the move cost $562 more than the quote. Which was more than other companies quoted. I was promised white glove service, but my couch cushions and pillows were simply taped and tossed in the truck. We had to disassemble furniture because they didn't know how. Movers were rude. They'll sell you a good story and then take advantage of you when you're in a bind at the last minute. Edited 5/26/26: response to vendor: the sales rep did a virtual walk through and quoted same day. Never would I have agreed to a 1-3 day delivery at the price I paid when I had an 8 month old. I also would have prepped for days without belongings seeing as so had a baby. Sales rep was also Given measurements of bins that we were then told were bigger than quoted. This was over a year ago and I was told you would love to resolve this but never received a response when I reached out.

We are so sorry that you were displeased with our service. However, your service was not a direct delivery. It was a one to three business day delivery window. You added some additional inventory items to your order during the pickup process. Those additional items did increase your volume charges to a certain extent. All that being said, we would like the opportunity to resolve this dispute. Please give us a call so that we can reach a suitable resolution together. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
