My birthday was coming up, I wanted something nice for myself. I’ve been cooking steak more recently so I figured I’d get myself some nice knives. I stumbled across northern knives… they just look really cool and sharp. I didn’t expect them to be so nice but when I took them all out of their boxes I was pleasantly impressed. I knew I made the right choice. They’re not professional chefs knives but they’re professionally awesome knives. I don’t cook for a living and they make me happy.

The ordering and shipping process was very easy and fast, the quality of the knives, although I have not put them though their full paces, is extremely good. Great weight, balance, and they are extremely sharp out of the box. I would highly recommend these knives for anyone looking for great quality blades at a great price.

I bought the gunnar cleaver and I am very happy with my purchase, it looks great, it's well balanced and is very sharp it slice's through meat like a hot knife through butter. I am planning on getting more of their knives!!!
